If growing up you reveled in fishing out the sourest pickle from the deli barrel, this is the pickle of your dreams. Make sure to re-use the pickle brine -- we add it to martinis!
Ingredients: Cucumbers, water, salt, spices, crushed garlic, splash of vinegar, calcium salt
Fermentation Time: About one month. Our Super Sour pickles ferment the longest of all our cucumber pickles.
