For our Stinkin Rye Kraut, caraway seeds complement cabbage for sublimely sauer. Caraway seeds + juniper berries are a classic old world recipe for sauerkraut. We use a variety of cabbage that ensures our sauerkraut remains crunchy and fresh-tasting even after fermenting in our barrel for over a month.

Number 1 Mom's favorite sauerkraut that we make! Mom likes to eat this with brats or a cabbage stir-fry.

Ingredients: Cabbage, salt, spices

Fermentation time: Around one month. Our sauerkruat is fermented in barrels until the right balance of sauer and crunch is perfected. No soft and soggy sauerkraut here!

Our krauts are vegan, gluten-free and naturally probiotic, brimming with good bacteria.
