Kimchi is Korea's national ferment. Our Sons Kimchi is a very traditional kimchi with squares of napa cabbage and thin juliennes of daikon radish. Smooth and the right amount of spicy from plenty of garlic, ginger, onion, and chili. This kimchi receives two thumbs up from kimchi beginners to kimchi aunties for its smooth and well-rounded flavor. Try this kimchi in the middle of a grilled cheese or quesadilla. No fish here, this is vegan friendly!

Ingredients: Napa cabbage, daikon, kale, onion, salt, ginger, garlic, chili, brewers yeast

Fermentation Time: About one week. Our kimchis are fermented but still slighlty fresh-tasting for just the right amount of sour.

Sons Kimchi is vegan, gluten-free and naturally probiotic, brimming with good bacteria. All our kimchis are vegan friendly.

    This is the best kimchi I have ever tasted. The vegetables are cut to a perfect size too, so it is not messy to eat it, and the spices penetrate the cabbage everywhere. It is great to know that this is a vegan product.

    Great flavor, I would work on the packaging, was very messy
