Kimchi is Korea's national ferment. Our Sons Kimchi is a very traditional kimchi with squares of napa cabbage and thin juliennes of daikon radish. Smooth and spicy from plenty of garlic, ginger, onion, and chili. This kimchi gets thumbs up from kimchi beginners to kimchi aunties for its smooth and well-rounded flavor. Try this kimchi in the middle of a grilled cheese or quesadilla. No fish here, this is vegan friendly!
Ingredients: Napa cabbage, mustard greens, daikon, onion, salt, ginger, garlic, chili, brewers yeast
Fermentation Time: About one week. Our kimchis are fermented but still slighlty fresh-tasting for just the right amount of sour.
