Snow Miso Kimchi is delicously flavorful without the chili heat that most kimchis have. Slightly sweet from apples, Snow Miso Kimchi has a harmonious blend of napa cabbage, daikon radish and carrots. Made with white miso, which contains soybeans.
Ingredients: Napa cabbage, daikon, carrots, onion, garlic, ginger, apple sauce, honey, miso (soybeans), brewers yeast
Fermentation Time: About two weeks. Our kimchis are fermented but still slighlty fresh-tasting for just the right amount of sour.
