Snow Miso Kimchi is a deliciously flavorful kimchi without chili heat that most kimchis have. Slightly sweet from apples, Snow Miso Kimchi has a harmonious blend of napa cabbage, daikon radish and carrots. Made with white miso, which contains soybeans. We've found that our Snow Miso Kimchi does get more complex, umami flavors as it sits in your fridge and very slowly continues to ferment.
Ingredients: Napa cabbage, daikon, carrots, onion, garlic, ginger, apple sauce, honey, miso (soybeans), brewers yeast
Fermentation Time: About two weeks. Our kimchis are fermented but still slighlty fresh-tasting for just the right amount of sour.
