In our Kale-chi, napa cabbage, kale and carrots mingle in a kimchi paste that is more gingery than garlicky. Kale-chi has some heat but is less spicy than our Sons Kimchi. Try Kale-chi to dress up your ramen, from the fanciest to the no-frills plastic ramen package.


Ingredients: Napa cabbage, kale, carrot, onion, salt, ginger, garlic, chili, brewers yeast

Fermentation Time: About one week. Our kimchis are fermented but still slighlty fresh-tasting for just the right amount of sour.

Kale-chi is vegan, gluten-free and naturally probiotic, brimming with good bacteria.
