When cucumbers aren't as readily availble during the colder winter months, we source daikon radishes that can locally grow in the cold from Virginia and Maryland farms, like Next Step Produce and The Farm at Sunnyside. Daikon is a radish commonly used in Japanese cooking that grows throughout the winter. And, it remains amazingly crunchy even after being pickled!

Our Honey Habanero Daikons are sour, spicy and sweet. They are the winter version of our most popular sweet cucumber pickle. Try slicing these up in Vietnamese style lettuce wraps.

Ingredients: Cucumbers, water, apple cider vinegar, white vinegar, salt, spices, honey, calcium salt
