The unicorn of the pickle world! Fermenting in our barrels for just a few days, Half Sours are very fresh and crunchy. Lightly spiced, our Half Sour are made without garlic for a clean, crispy cucumber taste. We have yet to taste a half sour pickle more delicious than ours. And, yes, we visit NYC often :)
Our Half Sours are whole cucumbers, not spears. You usually get 8-9 whole cucumbers in one quart/tall size. If you prefer spears, try our Crispy Koshers.
Ingredients: Cucumbers, water, salt, spices, splash of apple cider vinegar, calcium salt
Fermentation Time: Less than a week. Speaking in pickle freshness technicalities, our Half Sours can be between a New Sour and Half Sour pickle.
